How do I sign up now?

You can also call 340-3444 or email tysonkolson@icloud.com and we'll take care of the rest! We accept cash, check or you can pay via credit card securely online. Once we've received your registration information, we'll contact you to schedule your pre-camp evaluation.

What is the Evaluation?

The Pre-Class Evaluation includes the following:

1. We will give you an introduction to our programs and answer any questions you may have. We will also review your medical history.

2. We will take a few simple measurements to see where you are prior to beginning. We don't care what the measurements show. It's strictly for post-training comparisons and assures you are progressing. These numbers and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence.

3. We will record your weight, measure your body fat percentage, and record a few circumference measurements. Again, the numbers don't matter. We just want to be able to measure your improvement. Don't be surprised if you see a 3-8% reduction in your body fat over the four weeks!

4. See you there!

What do I need to bring to workouts?

Nothing but a water bottle, a great attitude, and willingness to work!
We provide everything you will need for your workout. Optional items are small towels (you will sweat!), and exercise gloves.

What if I sign up for the three day plan and then want to do more days of the session?
No worries, most people do after realizing how fun and convenient it is. In addition, they realize that the more days they attend class the greater the results. In these situations, you will simply be pro-rated from the point you decide to join us for more days.

Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you improve! We’ll teach you techniques that help recover quickly and avoid being over-sore.

What kinds of people go to Aventura Fitness?
They are people just like you. Some need a little push to jump-start their fitness and wellness program. Others are trained athletes needing help getting to the next level. And everyone in between will get an exercise program customized to their needs and ability.

Is there a refund policy?
We know there are many options when it comes to fitness programs. We are confident that we will wow you with our fun, convenient, and effective workouts as well as with the expert nutrition guidance we provide. We’re willing to put it all on the line with a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service we provide we will refund your money.

Guarantee applies to the most recent group or individual training session. By signing up for additional sessions you are acknowledging satisfaction with prior training received.

What is a typical day like at Aventura Fitness?
That's difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect a variety of activities including fitness rope training, TRX® Suspension Training®, cardiovascular work, balance training, even days where you get to pound on tires and punching bags! It's always an adventure, and you'll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and "core stability."

How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It's becoming common to see participants go down 1-2 dresses sizes, lose 5-12 pounds, and feeling great within the first camp. Remember, everyone is different!

What will I do after my session is over?
You can get re-measured and tested to show your progress and success in the program. Many (up to 90%) of our participants return for a second and even third session or make it a part of their ongoing fitness program. Many of our participants call themselves 'lifers'! All of our programs are pay as you go, so you’re welcome to continue training with us as long as you feel you’re receiving the best possible service! That’s what we strive for EVERY SESSION.
