I am feeling so wonderful this morning. Since I had run the mile at 10:38 4 weeks ago, my goal was to finish in under 10 minutes today. Wow, I surprised myself by making it in 8:54…..and I wasn’t dying! I have to say that my stated goal of “improved endurance” has definitely been met. This boot camp experience has been very good for me. After working out in the gym for 3 years, I was ready for a change. Working outdoors was wonderful. I feel rejuvenated, re-energized and reduced. Jogging feels quite comfortable. I can feel and see the results of all our ab work. The scale is even showing a change.
